How Do You Apply?
Once you’ve determined that you’re a good fit for the ELEVATE Program, you’ll contact your local Community Futures office to get more details and begin the application process.

Assessment
From there, you’ll be guided through an assessment process that will help determine your training and financial needs, along with any other accommodation requirements you may have. During this time, we’ll also walk you through the feasibility of your business idea, offer business counseling, and help you through your program application preparation.
Planning
The next step is working on your business plan and social innovation strategy – all with the help of your Community Futures representatives!
After we’ve worked out those aspects, we’ll move on to additional business readiness training, explore financing options, and match you up with an experienced business mentor.
Execution
At this point, you’ll be ready to execute your business plan and to begin planning your launch. All the way along, we’ll be there to make suggestions and keep you moving in the right direction.
Worried about keeping all of your financial books in good shape during your start up? Don’t be! We’re also going to connect you with a bookkeeper and administrative support to ensure you don’t get bogged down by numbers and excel spreadsheets!
Celebration
Last, but not least…we’ll celebrate your success and capture your achievements on a video that you can use to promote and market your business!
